Tummy Time with Bumble&Bea
Tummy Time is a fun class, filled with opportunities to chat to other mums, enjoy a hot drink and a tasty treat while learning fun new ways to carry out tummy time with your baby. Each week has a new theme, with different props, fancy dress, and themed tummy time activities.

The class starts with 4-6 activities to do on your own mat, then the last 20minutes we all get to come into the middle and enjoy chatting while babies explore a themed mat, with baby safe lights, toys and sensory props all suitable to babies from birth.
It is recommended that babies from 3 months should be spending up to 60-90minutes of tummy time a day. It is not expected that baby will be in that position for the full 60 minutes but to be separated into 5 -10 minutes at a time.
